A client contacted So Fla Water Restoration because of a water leakage. We came to inspect their unit and found the kitchen and bathroom with high moisture. The leakage was due to a broken pipe from the neighboring unit above. We repaired the water leak and then dried out the rooms affected by the water loss by using air movers and dehumidifiers and also applied antimicrobials to prevent mold growth.
